Credits are consumed upon successful audio generation
Subscription credits expire after one month if unused
One-time purchase credits expire after one month unless a different expiration period is specified at the time of purchase

6.2 Refund Policy

Credits are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue refunds or credit adjustments at our sole discretion in cases of:

Technical failures preventing successful audio generation
Service outages or interruptions caused by Jokes99.com systems
Erroneous billing or credit deductions

6.3 Price Changes

No audio content is produced without a prompt, subject, tone, and other parameters supplied by the user. The creative choices that determine the nature, subject matter, and intent of the output are entirely the user's.

9.3 User is Sole Author and Originator

By submitting a prompt and generating content through Jokes99.com, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are the sole author and originator of the content for all legal purposes, including but not limited to defamation, libel, slander, right of publicity, harassment, and intellectual property claims;
You supplied the creative direction, subject matter, and intent that produced the output;
Jokes99.com' role is limited to executing your instructions using its technology infrastructure;
You bear sole legal responsibility for the content you generate, regardless of whether that content was produced in whole or in part by artificial intelligence acting on your instructions.

9.4 User Sole Responsibility for Distribution

The act of generating audio content and the act of distributing it are separate. Jokes99.com stores content in your private library and does not distribute it to third parties without your direction. Any decision to share, publish, send, broadcast, or otherwise distribute generated content is made entirely by you. You are solely responsible for all consequences — legal, reputational, or otherwise — arising from your decision to distribute content to any third party.

9.5 No Liability for Third-Party Claims

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
